Greetings with everyone!

I write here to help me with some tips or methods so that not avoiding suddenly uploads glucose when the action of the apidra insulin and is not active.

It happens that this happens to me and usually gets on when the 3h duration of the apidra passed.

My dose of Lantus is 20U, so I opted to raise it to 24u, which was going well until I started exercising.

The following days I woke up with hypos and I had several problems to wake up for that.

So little by little I went down the dose until I reached 20u again, at the same time I was leaving aside to exercise which I returned to the beginning.

What do you think?

Would it be appropriate to keep the 20U of Lantus and at the same time continue with the exercises to see how it goes?

I await your answers.

You have to guide you for the controls.
With exercise they usually decrease slow doses.
If you have to adjust slow dose, it fits better than one in one unit.
