Hello, I am Diabetic Mellitus Type 1 Since 2011, I carry the diabetes very well, I have the perfect glucosylated hemoglobin, and for a week I take daily (I feel like a snack time) a new coffee that I saw the Carrefour which is flavoredvanilla (attached photos)

And I wondered if I can take it, or it is harmful to my diabetes.Thank you

I don't think it's very different from any other coffee.Look at the hydrates or try it and wipe you later, it is the best way to know.
Welcome!

These prepared cafes usually wear more sugar than you put themselves when you make one.

He says he carries 10 grams per cup, when a sugar envelope in a cafeteria has about 6 grams.
