Hello:
I am type1 diabetic 32 years ago and as a result of changing the slow insulin to Tresiba I began to gain weight. My endocrine has sent me forxiga as a adjuvant treatment, and although in terms of results it has gone well to lower doses and weight, it has caused me vaginal candidiasis. My header has recommended leaving me.
My question is whether there is any similar treatment that does not give those effects or if there is something that can be taken while Forxiga to prevent candidiasis from appearing.
Thank you

Diabetes caused me episodes of candidiasis in the debut.
I followed the usual treatment for candidiasis and left.
You should make a crop to find out why they multiply, which is the imbalance you have.
On the other hand, changing insulin should not get weight. In your case I would observe my diet and rhythm of life, small changes can make you improve a lot.
