Hello!!I will make an order of two sensors that are what they leave and ask me € 6 of shipping costs.When paying, they send the promotional code to the mail but does not arrive.
You know how I can solve it.

Susan@ read the complete phrase, free shipping costs in your next order ... and when you get the mail, you can go by making the second order, take a barbarity.
