Toujeo dose insulin

About 3 months ago I used 56u from Toujeo, 1 month ago I started to go down until I reached 47u the detail is that I have a diet like any not many carbohydrates, but I have seen that every 3 hrs or 2hrs the glucose is lowering me, an example of 250100 at that time without fasting.My question I'm getting a lot of toujeo insulin?I am type 1 diabetic I am 14 years old with diabetes and pesos 78kg

If you just get toujeo, I don't think you can achieve good control, because toujeo does not metabolize the hydrates.
It would be more logical to put less dose of toujeo and fast on meals
