Hello, I am a diabetic for 15 years, this had not happened to me before I started doing sports and when I am doing the sport I notice me as if I was lowering the sugar.

I punish myself to see how I have the sugar and I have 150 but my body tells me that it has a descent.

Palpitations Sudor cold very badly, that has happened to me today and I took a shake it seems that that symptom has been removed but at 10 minute again.

I have come out of class because it is a class of pilates that is not excess of exercise and I have come out with my legs scared because I don't know why that happens to me ...

My question is whether I can do sports or I don't think I feel bad about doing sports because I get out of sugar and my state believes it is a descent when it is not.

I hope you help me why I don't know whether to continue with the class or leave report completely or do sports for myself and more slowly ... please get me up.

Thank you!!

I do not know what can happen but with 150 you have no hypoglycemia and you should not act as such.At most, those symptoms may be due to a sharp drop in glycemia.Or if you normally move at higher blood glucose levels, perhaps normal levels of blood glucose your body interprets them as low. What glyce are you usually normally?
With diabetes you can do sports, of course.@"Marinita"

Hypoglycemia symptoms can also appear when you are in high values and blood glucose is going down quickly as a result of an exercise, in your case you would surely be to more than 150 when you started exercising, the higher you are when you start worseTo feel and more sensation of hypoglycemia you will have, even if you are high.I advise you to do controls before doing pilates, for example, try not to be over 130 or 140 at most, and when you finish the exercise you check again to see how much you have lowered you, so you control how much you should start so that it does notLower demadiated during the session. The theme of palpitations and cold sweat is surely due to the scare that you took, but if you continue with them you will have to consult a cardiologist in case there was any problem.I see the pilates a soft sport but you can also try others like yoga.

Hello
It can be percent and one motifs, you know that in this diabetes, each one is a world. We would have to analyze many things: stress, intense exercises of previous days, viral disease or other, hormonal state, and more than in combination makes those things happen to you.It has happened to me and I have not known because, having a feeling of super safe hiccIt was a click, I also felt fatal for a few days a fear of thinking,: fuck if I now start mixing the symptoms, it would be the last straw.
I encourage you not to give up sports, and that you let time pass, you will see that everything will return to its "normality."Greetings

I think you got nervous.
The Pilates can do it very well.To be calm, wipe every 20 minutes, and so you see how the session affects you.You can upload something, instead of going down, but it is an exercise that can do very well.

Hello @"marinita" as the partners share that each one is a world, when it goes abruptly, symptoms of hypo may appear, but you say that you measure you ... I think it is a circle ... The symptoms like palpitations, sweating, they are also symptoms of anxiety, and I say that it is a circle because when the fear of feeling it appears again can make you stop doing things ... the idea is that you do not abandon and there your fear of hypoglycemia generates all this ...As they told you ... I mediterate before starting, in the middle and in the end ... So you are calm.

@"Marinita" As all the classmates have told you when glucose is going down the symptoms very quickly are similar to those of a hiccup but because of the data you are giving I think it is more psychological than by a descent. If you have passed it, you know what I mean and your end@ is also called fear of hypoglycemia, your mind indicates your body all the symptoms of a hicc as you are in 200mg/dl.I was also a season like this and all the hemoglobins that I had perfect for 10 years and the only thing I can recommend and if you can afford it is a free freestyle or a Dexcom type McG, you will be quieter, you will be quieter.
