Good afternoon, my name is Pilar Martínez and I am doing my TFG (End of Degree Work) on the health literacy of diabetic patients at the University of Murcia.I need help from diabetic patients or people who take care of them who fill out a small questionnaire that will take us more than 5 minutes.I explain what is going: the first part of the questionnaire are general questions, in the second part you have to answer 5 questions referring to a nutritional label of a food, and the last part are items with different activities or situations in whichYou have to assess how easy or difficult you find. This questionnaire is totally voluntary and anonymous, and I would very much appreciate your participation. If you want to help me write to the email pilar.diabetes@yahoo.com and I will forward the questionnaire along with the nutritional label to answer 5 of the questions.Thank you very much in advance and a lot of encouragement to all.
