Gastric bypass and type 2 diabetes

Hi guys

I have to lose around 70kg and I have been stagnant for months without going down.I am studying the possibility of undergoing a surgery from Bypass gastric to lose weight.In addition, I also read that this operation helps reduce type 2 diabetes. This is true?Is the effective operation?

The doctor has to tell you, but, of course, it improves type2 by reducing weight.
Own nsulina may be enough.
