Good morning @nigiri, because of my circumstances ... is that if I get tired, I feel.But I have noticed that now I get tired soon.But also one is fulfilling the info and the people with fibromyalgia came to mind;A fairly unknown and stigmatized disease ... a p *** tada.

Of course this is fully applicable to fibromyalgia, a disease as you say unknown and stigmatized.
In general, when you have a disease in which the symptoms are not very visible or not well known, you always have to be giving explanations.It happened to me a lot with the thyroid problems at the beginning, now directly.
