Hello, how are you, as the title of the subject says, my name is Omar, I am Mexican, I am 30 yearsThat I must weigh the double, today I have lost 38 kilos and I am trying to lower another 20 at least.

I register in this forum because I have many doubts about this disease that although I have controlled it every day I feel it as a very heavy load to the degree that has caused me to fall into depression and it generates a lot of concern to leave my daughter to a shortage.

Without further ado I hope to find people who can clear me the unknowns that I have and be able to help me who requests it.
