It is clear.It is much more complete and nutritious.

You don't need that type of shakes to lose weight, eat well and exercise. They have nothing magical, they simply replace meals.And I say, it is not better to eat less and so you can eat whatever you want, because in the end it becomes the same, and spending less money.
