Hello friends, how are you?

I will give you recommendations from my personal (non -scientific) experience for children and adults with type 2 diabetes.

They do not eat any sweets that will increase glycemia (sugar), nor cookie, nor chocolate, nothing of those who have sugar (low cocoa).

The sugar -free juices take chicken soup, beans, lentils, that's rich friends, eggplant because if you like, salads, breast.

Fruits: green apple, cool, orange, strawberry, do not eat watermelon, nor bananas, nor grape.

If they eat red meat 2 per week ground meat, cucumber fruits and vegetables.

Normal rice but with a little olive oil.
