I had sweet wins and I have dared to make a cake.The first of my life without sugar, with liquid saccharin and here the question ... although it does not carry sugar carries flour, how can I calculate the hydrates by ration?I put you as I have done.
Four small eggs
A denied yogurt
Rayadura d Limón
Soft olive oil D The yogur measurement
Three measures d yogur d dulce
Gasifying
Liquid saccharin

@"Calolu" Sure Q t has come great, t I say how I would to calculate the hydrates.Of the ingredients it carries, the hydrates of the yogurt (half ration) and those of the flour (each glass of yogurt are 90 grs flour, in total 270 grs of flour, knowing that every 100 grs of flour 75 are grs of hydrates of hydrates ofcarbon-information of the package-us comes out that the cake has 200 grs of hydrates-20 rations in flour).The entire cake has 20.5 rations of carbohydrates.If you weigh after baking, you can handle yourself with the rule of three, "in so many grams-and weightHC rations ".Imagine that the cake weighs a kilo (which walks away). Then for each piece of 100 grs will have 2 portions of hydrates.I hope I have not looked, enjoy the cake.
