New in the forum, 47 years, type 1 diabetic since the 22 years

I am new in the forum, and I would like to learn from you, as well as comment on my experience.

I am 47 years old, and I am type 1 diabetic since the age of 22.

I currently use Tresiba, and Humalog.

Good morning.

I am new in the forum, and I would like to learn from you, as well as comment on my experience.

I am 65 years old, and I am type 2 diabetic since the age of 60, and the oral antidiabetics have stopped working.

I am grateful to forums of this health nature.

Welcome @"ctomasc", @"pelly", @"cyclon".CICLON, I know some diabetics 2 that have gone to insulin therapy and are very satisfied with change.I also know people who refuse to use insulins because they believe they are only indicated for serious cases as the last alternative, (this is false).I want the change of therapy to go well.Greetings to all.

Thanks solaria and all@s.When I read you and see much younger diabetics than I understand that respect for everyone must be absolute, and not acquire prominence in a man greater than the disease has touched him in his lastmoments of his life. I want to transmit my solidarity and encouragement towards those youngest than me and who must supply insulin from youth ages. A hug and I will continue reading you, and giving understanding to any diabetic.
