How do you carry diabetes?I guess bad, it is a whore to always be thinking what to eat and look at the levels .... in short.

I have been drinking a lot of water for several months at night.I suspected diabetes and in the glucose curve I was 195 at two hours. The endocrine diagnosed me intolerant to the hydrates and told me to do analysis from time to time.

I am 36 years old, I have always been thin and without committing excesses of anything.

I have always thought that certain diseases have an emotional factor, and I think that somehow stress or bad gusts can deteriorate health to the point of triggering a disease.Matizo that only in some cases, because there are congenital etc.

Do you think it won't take long to be diabetic? At the moment I have cut the quick carbos completely, and the slow fiber.

Greetings to all and I wish you a lot of encouragement.
