Hello everyone:

I would like to know how you take care of or improve the healing of punctures to measure glycemia.

It is evident that rotating, letting the area rest is fundamental but in the long run it is very difficult to have "healthy" hands.

I have started using the palm part of the hand and leaving the yolks for a while, but I already started to see the multiple dots in the palm.

Do you use a pink tiny product, or something to favor and avoid those brands of dots?

Thank you

Yes, the rosemake goes well, also the neutrogenous cream, and put the puncture to a minimum and wash your hands a lot.
