With this solidarity initiative, the Swiss multinational collaborates with the Madrid Diabetics Association in the development of new projects aimed at helping patients with diabetes to prevent possible complications of their illness.
Straumann signs agreements with clinics, research institutes and universities with the objective of manufacturing dental implants, instruments or products of dental prostheses and high quality tissue and reliability regeneration.
In that sense, they are working on a research project with the University of Seville to minimize the risk factors that diabetes patients have when an implant is placed.
