Good evening, my girl suffers from strong night and leg night cramps, the endocrine says it can be a decompensation between sodium and potassium caused by sugar decompensation ... but it has given us more explanations, she has not told usWhat to do so that does not happen to anyone else?Do you know any trick to avoid them?

They come good foods with potassium, banana, nuts.Controlling rations, or in.tablets?
