The Pacense town of Zafra will host this Saturday, February 18, the XXXVIII medical surgical colloquies, where diabetes mellitus will have a special prominence with two presentations that revolve around this pathology.

After the opening ceremony, starting at 5:15 p.m. at the Huerta Honda Hotel, Dr. Patxi Ezkurra Loiola, family doctor at the Zumaia Health Center (Guipúzcoa), will present the update guide in Diabetes Millitus Type 2 ofThe Redgdps Foundation, of which it is coordinator, while exhibiting keys in the prevention, nutrition, exercise and integral treatment of this pathology.

Then, the endocrinologist Antonio Becerra Fernández, coordinator of the Gender Identity Unit of the Ramón y Cajal hospital in Madrid, will address the testosterone deficit in the male with Diabetes Mellitus.

Finally, Dr. Miguel Ángel Amador Fernández, primary care doctor at the Zafra Health Center, will take a tour of the history of collegiation in the province of Badajoz and the democratization of his collegiate body.
