Hello!I have been with Tresiba for months in the morning and the truth I have improved with respect to Lantus. What it costs me to regulate are the nights ... If Ceno Hydrates gets away from me at dawn. And if I get quickly before dinner I get off.So sometimes I put it on dinner. But it is afraid of me that it gets out.The truth be confined to dinner

@"Caracola" Many people have had problems with Tresiba, I included; That does not mean that everyone is going wrong but there are several cases in this forum and I know several more out of here, in "my case" much better with Toujeo.

I have been as a year and a half and Tampico took the point, or down or ups, as you say your @canti_ara.
To me at night from 2 a.m. start shooting and from 5 it lowers me so if I correct to not have that climb, at 7 a.m. Safe Hypoglycemia

I spent a long year with threeiba and nothing, there was no way to adapt it, so they changed me to Toujeo and it is great.Better even with Lantus.I am very happy the truth, for me it is the flattest I've tried.

When I was in September in the endocrine I told him about the nights but did not give me a solution .. that we would see in the next review because hemoglobin is fine (6,3) but of course, the one that is click at dawn is me.

It also happens to me as I have a year and a half with Tresiba and lately about 1 in the morning I get up, up to about 300 and then about 4 or 5 I lowers me ... I don't know what a solution to put ....

Could it be that it starts to act late?

Those increases that you have promptly at a specific hour of the day are not due to the more or less good action of slow insulin at a certain moment, but to your basal needs that, due to x circumstances, increase a lot, surely because of the segregation ofElements by the organism that raise blood glucose. It's hard to control ...

My experience following the same thing that you comment, and after evaluating the curve with a freestyle sensor more Bluetooth Blucon and App XDrip transmitter, it is better not to dinner bread or HC of white flours.Since I stopped taking bread or potatoes at night, the problem of having it well before going to sleep (about 90-100) and getting up with 160-190 was solved. In my case, I have come to go down three from 17-18 to 15, and quickly at dinner I went down from 7-8 to 3-4.All for the type of HC that ceno (oatmeal, fruit). It is very important to avoid HC of high glycemic index at dinner, in my experience.

Hello
I've been with three more than a year, and very well.I solved the problems I had with the Lantus, of nocturnal hypoglycemia.Going up or lowering unity, along the different stations of the year, I can have great basal, and glycosilada ... very improved, now around 6.

All the best.

Boys I read you and I see that you are very focused on the right units ...

Remember that the treatment is divided into 3 parts:
-Insulin
-Diet
-Exercise

And that ignoring the factors that alter glucose such as stress, anxiety, hormones etc etc ...

Try to play with meals and try.

Insulin needs are not always the same and you have to observe and change. In my case, for example, after ovulation, I need to climb the Tresiba, and before the menstruation lower it.I do not take hydrates at dinner so I stay flat at night, in 100-80, they are a few hours of stability so I am very worth not taking hydrates at dinner (unless I need for hiccups).Greetings

I know that it long ago is thread, but in case it helps, my daughter was the same with Tresiba, I went down a lot at night and if dose decreased, I went up for the day.
Now with Toujeo it is much more stable, with Lantus also had enough hypos
You have to try threeiba and toujeo, and see which one is best.
