Is it normal for fasting glucose to get higher than postpondrial?Is that sometimes it happened to me and I don't understand why, can anyone help me?

Well, the doctor will tell you if you need more doses or put some slow insulin.It depends on the controls.

It always happens to me.I am 115 on 115 and many post banks <100 and even hypos (in others I planted in 200).I do not treatment at the moment.In your case, it is surely because of the duration of the medicine action in the body.
