Antibiotics and diabetes

I understand that antibiotics rise sugar.The truth is that I have never been a person to get bad and have to take medications, but I have an infection and I have to take them for 1 week
What do you do this situation?Basal rise ... upload meal ratio?Or how do they do?

The same never happens to me, sometimes if sometimes no, Murphy's law.

@Leticia21 If you take the antibiotic it is because you have some infection or flu process, etc ... In these cases, it is normal for glycemics to shoot, so it is not so much an effect of the antibiotic, as of the disease itself.
