Ingredients:
- 120g of milk cream
- 1 egg
- 7 g (1 over) flavorless gelatin
- Lemon juice
- 15 CC of liquid sweetener
Preparation:
Dissolve the gelatin in ¾ liters of hot water, adds the lemon juice and the sweetener.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolk and add the cold milk cream.
Mix this preparation with the gelatin and incorporate the clear (beaten to snow), making enveloping movements.
Place in moistened individual molds and leads to the refrigerator
Leave them a couple of hours and serve them very cold.
