Let's see if someone can help me with the G5.
I am with a parents putting G5.It is the first time that it is put, it comes out that it has no sign, flashing the Bluetooth signal all the time and in the end it keeps the icon without a signal.
Do you have to do something to the issuer the first time?

In the 7:20 minute he talks about the Bluetooth connection with the receiver but is in English and I do not control enough.It seems that the first time usually gives problems
