6. Photocopy of diabetes and fast food tips
When traveling, more fast food tends to be consumed than usual.Knowing how fast food can affect your glycemia is important to keep it at optimal levels.
During the trip we recommend you always carry a small juice, sugar or gel-glucose.It also carries with you a small snack in case it takes more than the account to eat.
