Work with type 1 and 2 diabetics. I have a training program based on my experience with diabetics to have enough stable sugar levels, thus lowering glycosilada. In less than a month you lower the dose of insulin. Interested contact me Clara.aparicio.ortega@gmail.com
And why would we want to lower the dose of insulin? ... that is like saying "in less than a month you low the dose of oxygen." The body has to consume all oxygen (or insulin) that requires.I don't see the need to lower it ... Yes it seems very interesting, however, control the glycemia, the weight, have as stability possible ...

The question is, I have a personal training program for people with diabetes that I want to "share" with all of you or have a personal program that I want to "sell" at the balance price ... :(
I think that in that section the presentation has not been very successful, it is fine in the forum to have someone to help us all. Welcome to the forum.
