Good morning, sorry,

I am 47 years old and I was thinking 96 and I went down to 84 I am not a diabetic then it goes down to 84 and a friend told me that to lose weight it is good to take half a daily metformin tablet and I did so for 21 days and stop taking it.

5 days ago I am with very strong dizziness in the early morning and in the morning I could not stand today I could give me an advice I am desperate please.

As @luvi says, leave friends and self -medication tips and go to a doctor.

And the dizziness could be due to sugar.

I think the best thing is that you go to the doctor, self-medication is never good.Under my opinion to lose weight effectively and then not recover the lost kilos is exercise and a balanced and healthy diet.
