Hello,

Basically I want to know that how much ml are a ration of natural orange juice.

Let's see if someone knows how to tell me, because I do not am equivalent to 100gr from orange to 100ml of orange ....

Right now you drink some purchased juice that has few HC and it comes out that 200ml are a ration of that specific juice, one that they sell in the eroski without sugars, I say that PQ there are others without sugars that carry more HC than this one that I tell you.

Let's see if orange juice is the same .....

Hello!!Well, in a glass of natural orange juice (200 ml) there are 2 portions, so 100 ml corresponds to 1 ration.I have always told it :)

In the tables that I have from the Diabetes Foundation, it says that 200cc (an approx vessel) of natural fruit juice or without added sugar has 0.8 rations of HC, that is 8 grams. While a commercial fruit juice, 200cc are 2 rations of HC.

@Anaisable, either, just to raise a half juice.
But this table coincides with the juver brand values for sugar -free juices, so I think it more or less.

I think that the bad thing about juice is not the rations or quantity because although you calculate 2 portions, the peak that generates you is very large because it rises very quickly for the speed with which insulin acts ... I always always had breakfast juice of2 oranges and now 1/2 natural orange but chewed unless I will do sports ..

I still drink it from time to time. The problem as you say is the peak that generates that with the bad insulins we have is inevitable.

Un squeezed fruit has less glycemic index.
