Hello I have the last hemoglobinalta 8 and for September I go to the doctor I would like to give me your advice to download it attempt to do some sport and eat well but for the nerves and exters of the day to day I am very out of control and the year that would comeBe pregnant and I want everything to go well thank you very much I wait for your answers :)

What insulins do you use, what time do you put them on, when you have hypos or hyper .. Maybe it only needs to upload the basal ..

@Angelaruiz My advice is that you measure glycemia regularly and if you are tall, you correct, for me it was the only way to lower the hem, apart of course, exercise and healthy eating
