Hello friends !This time I want to ask you for a favor.Someone has an annotation sheet of glycemia for me to print on the leaves that felt and write down all the food data.

I ask it because in my hospital and my ambulatory they do not facilitate it and I am bored of making the table by hand with a rule.

Thank you very much I would appreciate it.

And if you don't like any, you can also get one and photocopies.
The current glucometers already keep the data, but, when you start, the leaves are very helpful, to put all the comments

I leave you my favorite, the one I use when I start and that I still turn to it many times.I looked for it in its day because although it seems nonsense, all the others seemed badly organized and with little space to point, especially because I could not write the meals and others, and here there is a good box of observations and you can have everything orderly!

I hope it serves you!
