Well, I am new and I would like to know if anyone knows how many rations correspond to each meal in the 100 montaditos, my friend applies 1 ration to 1 montadito but I saw on the Internet that there are 25 HC (2.5 rations therefore) How much is theamount that is applied to each one really?Greetings!

They may be 2.5 rations, but the rapid units that are needed by ration are different for each person.It is a matter of testing and writing down controls to calculate it.

Hello, go down the app my fitness pal, it has the composition of the montaditos of that franchise, on average there are about 2.4 portions, but beware of the fats, not all carry the same.
If you lower the left button up, record, and for example give + add food (under breakfast), you write 100 montaditos and you get almost all or all I think.The complete composition appears, please look at the fats also not only in the HC.I only use this app to consult HC, you need to have internet.
