Hello everyone:
In April I will spend 10 days in Israel and will coincide with the feast of the Pesaj.
I am a bit of the issue of carbohydrates, since as I understand there are foods that are not eaten during these festivities: the fermented (such as bread) and also rice.
The most concrete question is whether during the holidays I can access products such as bread and rice or other hydrates in restaurants or stores in Tel-Aviv or Jerusalem.I imagine that in Tel Aviv there must be more variety and therefore it should not be difficult ... but in any case, I would like to know.I have seen that the acid bread is allowed :).Does anyone have experience at hydrates and glycemic index with this bread?
Thank you!!
