Hello!I am 25 years old, type 1 diabetes from 6, and for a couple of months, what I am in and click what I click on, at two hours I am low.I take something (not always the same, juice or a sandwich) and at night or in the morning I get up with 400. It happens to me constantly and I am worried, I don't know what to do.Ideas?

Excess of quick at dinner, and basal defect ... there is no other.

Your body suddenly asks you for more doses of slow or 24 hours ... I am stabilizing the levels at night but in the opposite case, go down at night ... Try to put minimum 2 more units of slow and 1 lessfast (following your criteria and as you know your body and your reactions clear).

I think you have to change the slow A at night.
I imagine that the slow does not last 24 hours. Also, avoid juices, they go up a lot.And the fast of dinner goes down, or dinner, to avoid being low 2 hours after dinner, you will avoid eating others before sleeping.

What time are you slow?
What insulin do you use?
As you have told you, it seems that plenty fast and slow is left.
Or if you increase the hydrates at dinner, you can avoid hypo .., and not make right ...
If with Lantus it does not cover you 24 hours, try Apidra.
