I have a doubt and what do you usually eat between meals?I always usually stay hungry and in the end I start eating many food without carbohydrates but with many fats (sausage, sausage, cheese ..) or what I have at hand that I do not upload sugar but with so many foods with fats I am startingTo gain what do you advise me to eat or not to eat?

If you are hungry between hours and want to eat something that saves you or giving yourself a whim with bread, fruits, scrambled (peanuts, corn etc.) cakes of corn, chocolate or whatever, there is no other than to calculate the hydrates and rationsand put the corresponding insulin.The other solution is to be psychologically very strong and drink 5 glasses of water ...: D

I do as artories if I'm hungry to play with insulin hahaha.And the water that Anaisabel also comments somewhat again, well sometimes.
I try to avoid the maximum take any type of fat.
Use the sport to burn what you eat more, be careful with these eating games and sport because then you will have descended and you will have to eat again and thus you will gain more.It is easy to catch it, take it away is the fucking.

The consommé gets into the fridge and the entire solid fat is removed.And it is perfect. It puts a tablespoon of cooked egg chopped with pinch of ham and chopped chicken.
And it is very rich if the broth is poured from Jerez.

I take nuts and olives, of course if you don't want to gain weight I suppose you don't suit you.I also take cucumber or zucchini over the pan as if they were fried potatoes
