Hello!For 1 week I have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.
I would like to know my best to control my levels of sugar but I still do not get it and step up having 105 (2h after dinner) 188 (1 at night) and now in the morning 309 and I don't know how to control it, what do I do badlyTo climb at night from 188 to 309?
Well I hope to be helpful in the forum, although now I have doubts

Hello!!!I started as you!The first thing is that you don't get overwhelmed.You have to wait to adapt and you are in what is called honeymoon.You will be insulin and you will have to catch the doses that will be needed.I went to a diabetes course to learn to count hydrates that helped me a lot.Walking advice is important after each meal and especially carry varied doet.And the 5 meals typical.I hope I don't take long to adapt to me my time.All the best
