The 1000 table would be to calculate a ration of 15 grs of HC no 10
Ah ok ... well know !!!So for a ration it would be 16 g?What rule should I follow?My mother schemes with new foods the same thing always happens to me ... In the end I always eat natural yogurt and bread !!!
Mmm, I don't understand why @hoyos9 says it would be to calculate 15g ration
I did not know the 1000 table, but of course I understand that it is basically to divide 1000 by the amount of CH in 100, and gives you 26 in this case.I always make the rule of 3, that they do not take me out in mathematics, and of course the result is the same, so I see that it is a bit silly to make the 3 xDD rule.
Yes 38g of CH are in -> 100g
10g of CH would be -> x
10x100 = 1000/38 = 26g
So yes, 26g!(Fianding us from the table, which sometimes betray me, or will be the sweeteners or yoquese! xD)

Hahaha okay, better turkey sandwich and yogurt q as we walk high I am not for me to get the sum ... :))
That of the 1000 table had never heard it.
When you divide 1000 among the hydrates it is always taking into account that a ration is 10gr and no 15gr.
A ration of that chocolate are 26 gr
