Hello, would anyone know if the tofu raises glucose???I have high cholesterol and transaminases and they have told me that it is a product that helps to lower them.Thank you.

And always .........;Comparing whether they produce a sugar subtiated (even though it is minimal) because it is "industrialized" food and sometimes, some diabetics can produce a small glycemic imbalance;Okay??????????L-)
