Input, for everything in life, I would try to eat healthy and well.No strict diets that then have a rebound effect.Learn to eat everything, with our restrictions imposed by the blood sugar level, and in a healthy way.

With this simple norm I assure you that you lose weight.Obviously, physical exercise for everything helps.

I would also be interested in some healthy food routine to get down little by little weight. It is true that I must exercise at the same time.Anyone who still with insulin has managed to go down without recovering?

Bueeeno, as I see that nobody says anything about here about diets, or rather, way of eating I want to try to make a weekly feeding plan for myself (and my non -diabetic boy) and if someone is good to look at her because great, and if someone wants to criticize the diet constructively, more than better.(If someone sees something wrong please criticize it)

For several reasons, I find it hard to follow a pre -established diet, for example:

- When I do a pot I usually do for two days, and I don't necessarily have them as two days in a row.(some lentils made on Monday, for example, I have for Monday and for Wednesday)
- And because of lack of lack of time I really find it impossible to make recipes elaborated daily.
- Often as at work for what or I have to pull tuppers, or I haveavoid going to buy the first thing that Pille).

And right now I can't find more reasons, so they prevent me from following a balanced and healthy diet.My goals are: to balance my glucose levels, lower my glycosilada, feel good in general. It is mandatory to mention that I want to have a baby, a primary reason why I want to be fine.If added to all this, I could lose some weight (before becoming pregnant clear): great.(What if I did some exercise?

breakfast : My breakfasts consist of a coffee with milk and saccharin accompanied by:
Option 1: a toast (large) with philadelphia and jam without sugar (strawberry hero)
Option 2: A cup of oatmeal cooked in half -naming milk with saccharin.
Lunches : Lately I was taking mampress bars without sugar that I found in Lidl, however I would like to start replacing them with fruit.
Option 1: banana (a particular my point: I usually choose bananas because they seem less sweet to me than the Canarian bananas, the same is a bullshit but I have always preferred them)
Option 2: Apple

I think that for a publication I have already released a lot of roll, I will make a table for lunch and dinner and I will publish it when I have it.With snacks I have problems translating in eating the first that pillo. So if you can think of any snack that goes great to endure to dinner without a hypo, write it down. The day of the day I usually take it as the dessert of the dinner (as a custom) and if before bed I am hungry or for my levels I need to take something is usually 1 cup of milk with cocoa value without sugars added (no colacao or nesquik).

Well, I hope the idea pleases you.
Hugs

Basically you have to follow the diet that your endocrine puts you, control carbohydrates and of course exercise daily, it is the only way, but come on, for a diabetic and for a non -diabetic @afrifeernandz, as you have already told you moreUp, eating healthy and sports, there are no miracle diets and those that say they do miracles are usually harmful to health, especially for us.

@Sofiastefanidis and @afrifeernandz I have lost 10 kilos in 6 months. I have a summary of what I do not want to say that you do only tell what I have done: breakfast
A glass of skim milk with saccharin and a slice of whole wheat bread or 3 cookies.
Half a small fruit.
Food: A large vegetable dish followed by meat or fish or iron chicken and withdrawal yogurt.
Snack: small fruit.
Dinner: Salad with some tuna and asparagus and some fresh cheese and withdrawal yogurt.
If you need 1/2nd skim milk.
If you do it in a few days you will notice that it starts to lose weight.
Anyway, consult your doctor has done very well but not all are the same
I hope to have oriented.
If you want to ask something I will be here to tell you.
I forgot one day a week at noon legume.

@Nigiri at food and at dinner you have hydrates the vegetable and yogurt are 1 and two portions of hydrates and at dinner two and in mid -morning and snack another 2. And at breakfast another two and you can increase adding some more with a fruitlittle one at dinner and food.
What I do not put are hydrates that come from cereals, bread flours. It results in this diet, it was given to me an endocrine years ago then it was not diabetic, but it is the one I have echoed now and it went well.

I think it is best to consult a specialist and help you lose weight, because you have the problem of diabetes and it is not plan to make your own diet or take anyone's reference, because you will not know how to control quantities well,Not anything. Before making more nonsense with food, go to the doctor.

I can pass you the diet of my endocrine, about 1700 lime = 19 rations of HC and the HC ration equivalence table;I have been reducing it up to 11-13 rations of HC suppressing the bread and the pharynaces of the meals and dinner slowly, not suddenly.Hunger do not pass because more or less every three hours you eat.

When computing rations, you can change 1 HC of vegetables for 1 HC of legume.Or the sum of vegetables, bread and farinaceos (4HC) per 4 HC of legume. It is a matter of learning despite the rations and in 4 days you already do it by eye.
As I went home every day and I take the food at home.I do like you but instead of legumes frequently, I usually boil a lot of vegetables for a week not to be pringlated in the kitchen. The worst for me are the second protein dishes that I like grilled and for the next day they are a hard shoe.

You will have hiccups the first days if your glycemia are high until your body is regulated. The same as when debts. And you have to exercise, for example I walk an hour a day, so the body gets used to a constant demand for sugar consumption and self -argues better.

Luck!

@Frifeernandz you are at an age where you need to be well fed and correctly. Can't you talk to your endo?Well, I don't know if you have.
Be careful please and do not stop being well fed for losing weight you will have time to lose little by little, you are at an age that should not fail the food, sport can help you but without a good diet the sport does not lose weight eitherIf you have an adequate diet.

The first to consider it seriously, and when you are clear that you want and you can (how your glucose is) start making small changes.Eat 5-6 times a day, and even 7 if you saw it necessary to avoid hypos.Small rations that are based on vegetables, skim lackes, whole grains and legumes, lean meats and fish. The fruit will depend on how I feel you but I recommend it in the morning at breakfast, medium-mañana or as dessert of a meal. And exercise, moderate to avoid hypos the first days, walk for example, several times a day.Observe yourself and make changes. If you need help in depth, or concrete doubts, ask ¡¡¡what you need.
