Hello!Find out about the new slow insulins, Toujeo and Tresiba.
Taking sports, it is not easy to control, there are hippers at the end and hypos hours later. The best exercise to regulate is walking. But sports can be done if you regulate well insulin _ hydrates.
Continuous measurement helps a lot, but the SS does not finance it

Hija de 35 años , diabética desde los 5. Glico: normalmente de 6 , pero 6,7 la última ( 6,2 marcaba el Free)
Fiasp: 4- 4- 3 Toujeo: 20

Hello !!!, if I tell the rations at meals, I think I usually do the truth well, once when out of home I find it more difficult but I guess that is normal.

I will ask on Wednesday of next week to the nurse for the insulins to see what he tells me.

@fatimagv when you eat away from home is logical nobody knows how they cook in the bar.If you have a good HC/Insu ratios for meals, I should not get on, I don't know if you put the insulin and eat or expect about 15 min (depending on the levels that are clear, or more or less depending on your glucose).

@Fátimagv I am with frames, I think you are fair basal for the sport you do, I when I do medium-moderate intensity sports in the afternoonWe always say each one we are a world.

As you have told you here when you can prove with the new Tresiba or Toujeo basal.

It is vital that you change as soon as possible ... I use Abasaglar. It is also great even if it is not very known ... it lasts 24 hours and it is very flat
