The Navarra Diabetes Association (ANADI) invites primary health care professionals to express their perception of the care and needs of people with type 2 diabetes through a questionnaire sent to health centers.
With the information collected, different workshops will be launched with health professionals aimed at having a unit message and starting activities aimed at affected people.
