You can eat every woman!

I always carry cereal bars especially to work, since they are very useful to maintain stable blood glucose when I am doing something active. But I prefer cereals with hazelnut or apple for example, it is more Sanillo.

The ones I have are 16 grams of HC, of which 5 sugars.

Of course!!!!!!!Insulin is to eat, control the HCs that carry sugars to see if it goes up more slowly or fast as Artorias comments.

You can eat practically everything, good control in later hours is the key to avoiding a hyperbole.
All the best

Cereal bars are as a rule, a product that cheats by name.In most cases they contain an excessively high amount of sugars and fats.In the case of fats (that many people with diabetes do not monitor it like sugar, and should) we talk about 20% fat.In a cereal bar !!!!A true attack on healthy eating. This is undoubtedly one of the most deceptive products in the market, along with cereals, another of the products that deceives us by its name "healthy."The Bicentury bars that I just look out of curiosity are as not recommended as most in the market. And in some models of its range they reach 25% of fat per bar.
In general, you should flee as the devil of all those that carry a lot of fat and especially if it contains palm fats, something more and more common for their properties and advantages for them when making processed foods. But poison for arteries.

Well, the theme of fat depends on the bar.
Look at these that I buy and they are from the cheap.
The bars take them for the sport and they are doing very well, that only in sport, they are precisely a few sugars so they are not worth to cause a fast climb, the fats are minimal.
You have to know when to take them and the ones you take but at the sports level are not bad and that photo I have put is of the cheap, if you buy brand they usually have less fats.

These others also take them are the Energy Fig and for sport are great HC Slow absorption, minimum fats and great HC contribution, for training of more than an hour I would say, taking it at least about 30 min before leaving.
They do not cause you any strong or there nearby.
I are doing well and great athletes also take them, including diabetics that do extremely hard tests.
I am not a doctor or nutritionist are personal opinions.

In the end we are in the usual, quantity and quality of what we eat, drink and want to eat ...
The energy bars I understand that they are for specific moments of sport or extra contribution and meals between hours such as second breakfast or snack so independently of the fats that the bar has I believe that what you have to control are the ones you eat a day or toThe week as well as hamburgers, ham, eggs, coat coca and beer, that is, eat a couple of bars a week even when they have more or less fat I do not think it has a greater or lesser incidence not to beThat you eat 2 a day, but this would be worth any other food ...

Forgive on the sheet, it's just an opinion: \ ">

@gemater are white brand Upper, look for a white mark that has that composition more less. The isostar are fine but more expensive.Remember that the bars if you are doing sports stomach muscles work slower since they are exercised with which you are working and will cost more to raise glucose.
They usually have from 16 to 18 gr HC, and sugars from 6 to 9 (the more sugars because you know will rise before), set the least fats.
And if you go out to run/jog, remember that if you have time ahead for example half an hour and you are 130 and you have noticed that it goes down takes something that raises you fast because the bar I doubt that it will do it, it will take effect when you have finished.
