E. P. The Tourist Qualification Center (CCT) is preparing a formative offer to bring Murcia cuisine to people with diabetes.
To do this, this week has signed an agreement with the Murcian Association for Diabetes Care (ADIRMU) and its Diabetes School, which will involve the start -up during the next course of a series of specific courses and actions for this group.
As stated by the general director of the Tourism Institute, Manuel Fernández-Delgado, "this is going to be a pioneer collaboration that will allow these clients to serve with a healthy and highest quality service."
The initiative includes specific training for hospitality professionals, in which the elaboration of adapted menus framed in the Mediterranean diet and letters that facilitate the diabetics of the choice of their menus will be encouraged.Likewise, the CCT will collaborate through training workshops taught by chefs and nutritionists to facilitate the day -to -day life of these people.
