We can eat absolutely everything if we know how to compensate for insulin.Education in diabetes call it.

I like black chocolate almost every day, an ounce of 70% black chocolate almost no carbohydrates

30 grams of black chocolate are a little more than a ration of HC, it does not reach a ration and a half.I now have almost lost what my endocrine wanted, I allow it without problem.

Thank you, I never take sweet because I don't like anything, but black chocolate if I like it a lot.I appreciate your advice and take a oncita from time to time.I have only been diabetics for a month and I still have no culture of that.
