Hello everyone, I am new in the forum. My name is Anabella, I am 27 years old and I am type 1 diabetic 16 years ago.
Throughout these years I was always quite well controlled, but in the last 2 years I was very high, I am having a bad stage in my illness, I feel discouraged and it costs me everything much more. The point is that I am noticing certain things in my eyes that worry me ... They go twice that I get up with one of the redst eyes, tear and have some pain left, then I leave.I noticed that the left tears have it reder than the right, and this until not long ago it was not so.
I do ophthalmological controls every year and they have always given me normal. The last one was 2 months ago and it did me good, this episode of the red eye had already had it.
What do you think?Something similar happened to someone?

In my case, the symptoms that you describe have always turned out to be conjunctivitis, but such and comment the best thing is that an ophthalmologist sees you, and if they do not give you an appointment, that the head doctor sees you.And don't stop telling us what they told you!

THE FIRST BEINvenida !!!!
As my dear compis say, go to the specialist and salt of doubts.
Much encouragement in your daily struggle with this disease, as you say, it is just a streak will soon pass and you will be controlled again.
As for ulcers, spills and redness of eyes I am a specialist, work in the construction and weird is the month that I do not have to go to the emergency room for some chop in the eye, I know all in the hahahahaha area, and yesI put glasses 99% of the time but I have bad luck 1% have to stick in the eye hahahaha.
Many kisses, many spirits and for what you need here you have me.

Kamra, so you have, it seems that it is something not related to diabetes. With a high risk of error, for not being able to explore, I would say that it seems something related to a dry eye.Obviously, an ophthalmologist must be clarified in person
