Hello, well, using a little common sense, would you think that pure glucose is the fastest hypo, you can buy pure glucose, in the form of a jarable, dust, or whatever?Where do they sell them?

I've been buying glucose gels for sport on everything, but it is a ruin. Now I am learning to replace them with food of different glymic index depending on each situation and each discipline.
From a week a week of a little girl recommended the cocacola to also save in gels, and it is true is great to upload them and cheap.Half a glass I get the fair. And one shoots me hahaha.
Before I took sugar envelopes but I got so many that I disgust the sugar.

I totally agree, Coca Cola has fought me more than 1 scare, in fact, now apart from having them at home, I carry Coca Cola in the car, in the work, in the paddle bag in the gym bagFor possible hypos ... Another thing that goes up a lot and fast to do sports is the isostar, I use powders and take it to my liking.Obviously, all this is for special situations, you will not go all day with a bottle of Coca Cola hanging on the shoulder ..

If I am at home, what goes up the fastest is an orange juice but of course on the street is another story.

@Andresito I am fed up with sugar, it disgusts me, I only know that thanks to this mother I told me about Coca Cola and I climb it.He had used gels for years and it was a ruin. With Coca Cola I get up and I don't want sugar or paint, from here to a few years because maybe Coca Cola for something else.

Hello,
In the protocol that they explain in the hospital is that when there is hip (-70) that the first is a sugar envelope or a juice (with sugar) or cocacola. But of course, for an 11 -year -old girl, they told me that I cocacola better than not, I guess it is because she does not contribute any food to the body and that at 10 minutes the sugar was looked again and that 1 ration was eaten in cookies(4 Maria cookies).

Greetings,
Elena and Julia

My 14 -year -old daughter takes juice or glucose. What best goes back without producing peak is glucose, and for her, both in school and sport is what is most practical to carry.

Many people take a small juice brick, others a Coca Cola, I personally use the glucosport or pills that upload 35 or 40 sugar, in any way take what you take you have to know once when you will lower the sugar for exampleYou have breakfast click on what your endocrine or hydrates says and at a half and a half 3h, if you regulate something soft a yogurt, or a handful of peanEating the usual sugar or scare pill, I think it is necessary to prevent is fundamental and you take experience based on the data that your body and the food intake gives

The watercolor comes great to me, mainly so it has no gas.If you can buy it, it is the healthiest and what you do not take can be saved in the refrigerator for the next ;;)
