Luis Mizar, the poet who lives the most difficult trance of his existence, after the blows that the diabetes he suffers has given him, remains recruited in a clinic in Bogotá, fighting, very strongly, to remain alive; To continue writing poems, to continue contributing to the Cesar culture.

After complications in his state of health, he was transferred to Bogotá, with some economic difficulties, so it was necessary for Cesar's cultural managers, his companions of readings and poems, his friends from literary parrandas, raised his voice to demand the paymentof ten million pesos owed by the Mayor's Office for the purchase of its most recent poems book.

Alberto Muñoz Peñaloza, Municipal Director of Culture of Valledupar, blames the non -payment of these resources to the lack of a copyright certificate of the Ministry of Interior that must attach Mizar in order to legalize the acquisition of books.Meanwhile, from the same municipality a temporary resource came out to be able to attend Mizar in Bogotá.

Luis Mizar is still in the clinic, hopeful to win the battle to sugar that carries his blood and for which doctors perform specialized exams. He will continue to fight, fighting for life, as he does from the verses and the metric of his poems.

This time, he will make a living, no doubt!
