Ear pain, what to do ???

To all and all experts who move through the forum a rookie question.Is an ear like punctures hurt, can I take paracetamol aspirin or something without affecting diabetes???Thank you.

Hija de 35 años , diabética desde los 5. Glico: normalmente de 6 , pero 6,7 la última ( 6,2 marcaba el Free)

Paracetamol If you use dexcom no, Ibuprofen 400 and drops to remove wax if you have plug.
I have used once borted alcohol to saturation 2 drops in each ear and if I have helped me.
