I was reading a Magazine of the Favaloro Foundation, which for the one who does not know it, is a very important foundation in Argentina, and this appeared that I found it quite interesting to share, it is the relationship between the value of hemoglobin and the average glycemia in bloodBase on that value:

% of HBA1C / Glycemic Average
6/126
7/154
8/183
9/212
10 /240
11/269
12/298

I hope it helps them something, greetings.

This is something very interesting and there are several academic articles that talk about this issue. What I can tell you is that there are 2 very useful formulas to calculate approximate values of both glucosylated hemoglobin and plasma glucose average:

Approximate glucosylated hemoglobin = (last plasma glucose measurement + 46.7) / 28.7

Average glucose = (28.7 x Glycosylated hemoglobin measurement) - 46.7

This has seemed very useful and I hope it serves you.
