Hi guys!
Let's see you, I was very frightened for a long time since the urine produced a lotThe kidney discards them through the urine, as did the ingested protein, and that there was no kidney damage. Now I throw my question, it will be harmful to the kidneys that continuous discharge of proteins into the bloodstream, added to diabetes?Because of course, I love the gym, and I have long been softer and as less proteins, I have never made any steroid cycle hehe, and protein concentrate very occasionally ...
Greetings friends !!

I do not think it is harmful, if it is a consequence of the exercise, all the athletes will have it stay quiet if the nephrologist has seen you and it does not give importance
