Type 2: Nausea and headache after eating sweet?

Hello, it may be that when diet is still restricted in sugars for months, if then an unusual dose is consumed (for example a portion of cake) they feel nausea and headache/dizziness?
Or will it happen to me by chance?I have already noticed it 2 times ...

These symptoms that you describe seem symptoms of hyperglycemia.You looked at how you had the glucose after eating the cake?
